SERA MEY POBHOR KHAMTSEN PRAYER HALL PROJECT
SERA MEY POBHOR KHAMTSEN plans to construct a new PRAYER HALL for the Monks. In 2009, His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama and the office of tibet in India have endowed Sera Mey Pobhor Khamtsen 3 acres of land to build this prayer hall.
